  • ORDER SUBMISSION: To qualify for the Swift Ship program, the order must explicitly mention “Swift Ship” on the purchase order or in the order confirmation email. Orders not clearly marked as “Swift Ship” may be processed through standard shipping timelines.
  • ORDER CONFIRMATION: Upon receipt of your order at clientservice@solais.com, our team will review and confirm whether your order qualifies for the Swift Ship program based on product availability and order specifications. All orders will follow Solais’ standard pricing and freight allowance policies. See our standard terms and conditions.
  • MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: The Swift Ship program is limited to a maximum number of pieces per order as listed per product code. Orders exceeding this quantity will be subject to standard shipping and processing times.
  • PROCESSING TIME: Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM CST will be considered processed on the next business day, thus impacting the start of the 2-day shipping period.
  • CARRIER DELAYS: We promise to ship in 2 days or less. We will not be held liable for any delays once the order has left our facility.
  • CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION: Orders placed under the Swift Ship program may have limited ability for cancellation or modification once confirmed due to the expedited processing involved. Please review orders carefully before submission.
